Silver Birch Gift Company Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website.
All products sold by the company have been tested to ensure they comply with all UK and EU legislation. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all product safety instructions are followed.
If goods supplied are damaged on delivery or incorrect goods are dispatched, the purchaser must advise silver birch gift company within 3 days of receipt of the goods by email to email@example.com
The purchaser must return goods within the following 30 days. A full repayment not including return postage costs will be made by Silver Birch Gift Company, Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to request or arrange a return.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product delivery. The payment for goods can be made by Debit Card, Credit Card & PayPal.
Any contract will be governed by English law. The purchaser’s statutory rights are not affected.
